An olive and about 3% bay oil soap produced to a 3000 year old recipe only between the months of November and February (and when circumstances allow!). Traditionally hot processed over 12 hours in steam heated cauldrons, allowing for the thorough saponification of the slowly thickening curds, before washing, cutting, stamping, and 9 months of curing in specially aerated cellars. Aleppo laurel soap is renowned for its healing and antibacterial properties, whilst its olive base moisturises and nourishes the skin.
Care Advice
Please store in a cool dry environment prior to use. To increase longevity during use, place soap such that it doesn’t sit in any water, ie. in a soap dish or hanging from a hook.
