Delivery information

Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, and VAT at the standard UK rate. Smaller and lighter orders (packages of less than 60cm length and 2kg weight) have the option of being sent Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked. Standard deliveries will normally be dispatched next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding high days and holidays.) - if this is not possible for whatever reason we will inform you of the delay. We charge £5.50 for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and £6.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please do note however that 'Tracked 24' and 'Tracked 48' are the Royal Mail's own names for what are essentially their tracked 1st and 2nd class services, and are therefore estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Orders selected to be sent via Parcelforce are currently being dispatched following working day. Tracking details will be forwarded to you for these deliveries. We charge £13.00 for Parcelforce 48, and £14.50 for Parcelforce 24, subject to the standard Parcelforce multipliers for UK zone 2 (Highlands & Islands) of 210% meaning £27.30 and £30.45, and UK zone 3 (Isles of Scilly and Man) of 250% or £32.50 and £36.25. Extra-zonal services can be expected to take one or two extra days. Items over 1.1m also incur additional charges.

We do deliver to countries outside the United Kingdom. For most of Europe items can be sent either by tracked or signed for airmail, or else courier service depending on the size and weight of the items. Smaller items and shopping carts up to a total weight of 2kg can be sent worldwide and process online. Larger items and heavier orders are subject to the vagaries of the volumetric weight used by couriers to calculate the cost of international shipping so for these we ask that you contact us so we may prepare and weigh the order in order to provide an accurate quote prior to payment and dispatch. As always we'll endeavour to do this as quickly as we can. Orders within the European Union are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate, but for orders outside the EU VAT will not be charged - although these may be liable for import duties charged to the recipient by the country of their destination. Any plastic packaging materials used will have been recycled by ourselves from incoming deliveries. Otherwise packaging used will be paper or card of recycled or high percentage recycled materials.

Please note we are unable to leave packages in any kind of bin, or recycling container.
