Hand forged in the Catalonian workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès, the one surviving knife maker in a town once dotted with manufacturers. The hooked carbon-steel blade can be used for harvesting, pruning and grafting purposes. Blade measure 7 x 6.5cm, handle 13cm. Carbon steel is extremely hard, thereby guaranteeing excellent cutting quality, good wear resistance and easy regrinding. Carbon can corrode easily, so it is advised that users avoid damp locations and wipe and grease the blade after use.
