A pair of linen liners stitched and shaped to fit our Small Round Banneton, with elasticated sides to ensure a snug fit. Fit to your banneton and flour well, before lowering your dough into place and allowing to prove. These liners can also be used to cover the finish loaf to keep it fresh, or softenthe crust whilst cooling. Can be machine washed. Please note that bannetons are sold separately.

Care Advice

Wash separately at 40 — 60°C, in plenty of water. Avoid softener and bleach, especially on towels as this can affect their absorbency. Do not tumble dry and reshape while damp. Linen bought “Unwashed” will shrink by approximately 7% after washing, its surface wrinkling and softening. Iron while the fabric is still damp, remembering that linen dries quickly.
