A twin-blade pen and lambfoot folding knife with stainless steel blades and genuine polished mother of pearl scales. During our visit to the dedicated workshop at the New Eye Witness Works in Sheffieldwhere these are created, we asked cutler Lee what his preferred knife to make was and his reply was anything with mother of pearl as he loved the way the lustre slowly appeared and evolved as the handle was shaped and polished. Reinstating a long held tradition, each knife is made made from start to finish by a single craftsman and mounted with naturally figured horn or hardwood scales. Each is unique, finished, ground, and polished to a very high standard and supplied with a certificate bearing the signature of its maker.

Care Advice
Hand wash only, and never leave soaking. Dry immediately, followed with a light coating of camellia or a mineral oil. Store in a dry environment to prevent rust formation. A sharp knife is a safe knife — use a honing rod to keep a fine edge, and sharpen with a stone when necessary.
