Three-Ply Stainless Steel Adaptor for Induction Hobs, 24cm

A handy adaptor for those with induction hobs, who'd like to use other types of cookware. A solid slice of induction-friendly tri-ply stainless steel sits directly on your induction hob, and transfers the heat to any kind of pan you choose to sit in top — even if the original pan is not induction friendly. May also be used as a base for ceramic cooking vessels that may scratch the surface of any hob. It is important to note that the adaptor should not be used as a cooking surface itself, and that the vessel placed on top does not leave uncovered more than 2cm of the adaptor on every side - for a 24cm adaptor, be sure to use 20cm - 28cm pans. The handle is designed to stay cool to the touch.
