A firm bath mat with a pile of Sasawashi, a unique fabric composed entirely of paper — Sasawashi yarns are made from twisted strips of paper, the composition of which is part Washi, and part Kumazasa. The wider the strip the thicker the yarn, and once they have been spun they can be woven or knitted into products with with all the benefits of this new fabric — including high water and oil absorbency, natural antibacterial and deodorant power from the added Kumazasa, and a washing durability on par with Cotton. Quickly absorbs water to keep the feet dry, and has an acrylic backing to prevent slipping. Machine washable, fold inside out, and place in a net to protect the backing. Measures 45cm by 65cm
Care Advice
Do not use bleach, and wash in a laundry net. Please wash with similar colours, as the dye from other fabrics may run. Do not machine dry — air dry, bearing in mind that Sasawashi fabrics will take longer to dry due to being highly absorbent.
