A simple, classic cutting board made for Eppicotispai of Italy — located in the Lago Maggiore region in the footbed of the Alpine mountains. Made from beech heartwood, or the inner supporting pillar of a tree, making it incredibly strong, durable and ideal for a base to chop vegetables on. The groove in the cutting board prevents juicier cuts from leaking onto your countertop, with a larger indent at one corner to collect them. Handwash only. We recommend oiling or waxing your board when needed to keep it in tip-top shape. Measures 30 x 25 x 2cm.
Care Advice
Hand wash only. Dry immediately after washing. Wooden items should not be soaked. Treat with a food-safe mineral oil when necessary to condition the wood and prevent warping and cracking.
