In a beautiful natural linen with woven in border, this placemat will
work equally well as part of a formal table setting, or as an everyday, relaxed backdrop to home dining — with the lighter stripe framing an individual place setting. Lapuan Kankurit, a fourth-generation weaving family, has been creating its beautiful linen fabrics for over 45 years. 46cm x 42cm
Care Advice
Wash separately at 40 — 60°C, in plenty of water. Avoid softener and bleach, especially on towels as this can affect their absorbency. Do not tumble dry and reshape while damp. Linen bought “Unwashed” will shrink by approximately 7% after washing, its surface wrinkling and softening. Iron while the fabric is still damp, remembering that linen dries quickly.
