Japanese Garden & Household Scissors with Easy Grip Handles

A lightweight pair of carbon steel scissors, with brightly coloured handles for a comfortable, non-slip grip. Made in Japan by a specialist Garden Scissor and Shear maker, these scissors are great for light garden use (cutting flowers and herbs, and other soft stems), and are also useful around the house. The inner blade is cut away to prevent the scissors jamming while in use. These scissors have carbon-steel blades, which means they will keep their sharp edge really well, but also means they should be carefully dried after use, and lightly oiled if putting away for a longer period (carbon steel tools are best used often to avoid rusting). With a total length of 165mm, blade length is 52mm, and they weigh a trifling 74 grams.
