A pure new woollen blanket in cinnamon, woven in Lapua, Finland, at the workshops of Lapuan Kankurit, run by a fourth generation weaving family. This pattern takes inspiration from tradition, though what makes it interesting is its variations in yarn colour and groupings. Each of which lend to its pleasingly geometric pattern throughout. The raw wool used for this blanket is a blend of local Finnsheep and certified Wool Integrity NZ fibre. All the yarn is spun and dyed in Europe, with the warping, wefting, weaving, and finishing taking place in Lapua itself. 140cm by 180cm plus fringes.
