A simple, classic cutting board made for Eppicotispai of Italy — located in the Lago Maggiore region in the footbed of the Alpine mountains. Made from beech heartwood, or the inner supporting pillar of a tree, making it incredibly strong, durable and ideal for a base to chop vegetables on. The groove in the cutting board prevents juicier cuts from leaking onto your countertop. Handwash only. We recommend oiling or waxing your board when needed to keep it in tip-top shape. Measures 25 x 25 x 2cm.
Care Advice
Hand wash only. Dry immediately after washing. Wooden items should not be soaked. Treat with a food-safe mineral oil when necessary to condition the wood and prevent warping and cracking.
