This 24cm chefs pan is made using material composed of 90% Copper and 10% Stainless Steel. Care Advice
Store in a dry environment. Copper will naturally tarnish over time, and this is nothing to worry about. Regular use of a general purpose metal polish will keep a mirror shine, or you can leave it to patina as it ages.
