A soft and slubby linen apron woven from 91% linen, 9% cotton with wide herringbone woven straps, dyed in-the-piece a soft pale blue-green. Grown and woven entirely in France, this apron is pre-washed for softness, with a front patch pocket, stitched down the middle to create two convenient storage spaces. Manufactured in Armentières, known as the 'City of Canvas' since the Middle Ages, where the manufacturer has been weaving linen since 1866. Measures 85cm total width x 78cm from the top to the bottom of the main piece. Machine wash at 40ºC.
Care Advice
Wash separately at 40 — 60°C, in plenty of water. Avoid softener and bleach, especially on towels as this can affect their absorbency. Do not tumble dry and reshape while damp. Linen bought “Unwashed” will shrink by approximately 7% after washing, its surface wrinkling and softening. Iron while the fabric is still damp, remembering that linen dries quickly.
