A 15cm pure brass ruler with with one raised edge for easy pick up and to prevent under-bleeding when used with ink-pens. From a small, long established metal pressing workshop based in downtown Tokyo. Left raw, that is without any chrome or nickel plating, without powder coating or lacquers of any kind, the brass will quickly lose its lustre, developing a patina of finger prints, stains, and oxidation.
Care Advice
Unlacquered brass will tarnish and develop a natural patina with time. If you wish to bring back its original shine a suitable metal polish like Brasso or Elsterglanz will do the trick — use according to instructions.
