Firing in a traditional kiln results in slight variations of temperature and therefore colour and nature of finish. This Turkish enamelware is triple coated onto a heavy steel base, is dishwasher safe, does not taint food with novel chemicals or flavours, and should you wish is suitable for use on all standard (including induction) hobs. 950ml capacity.
