Small makgeolli kettle 0.7l
Gold anodised aluminium kettles from Deagu in South Korea. Traditionally these have been used for the serving of makgeolli, a sort of alcoholic milky off-white fermented rice drink once suggested to be called ‘drunken rice’ in English. Available in two sizes, 0.7l or 2.0l, the smaller holding about 2 mugs the larger about 5 or 6, both are solid enough for regular home use but also light enough for camping, and can be used over all heat sources excepting induction. Being aluminium these are not suited to electronic dishwashers.
