Japanese Woven Washi Paper Jacquard Socks, Large
£16.50
A pair of jacquard knitted socks, with excellent absorption properties and antibacterial and deodorising effects, thanks to the Sasawashi fibres in their composition. Sasawashi yarns are made from twisted strips of paper, the composition of which is part washi, and part kumazasa (a type of bamboo). The wider the strip the thicker the yarn, and once they have been spun they can be woven or knitted into products with with all the benefits of this new fabric — including high water and oil absorbency, natural antibacterial and deodorant power from the added kumazasa, and a washing durability on par with cotton. Machine washable, though a net is recommended. Sized large, measuring 25cm to 27cm.
