A rustic enamel skimmer, great for skimming foam when cooking pulses, or excess fat from the surface of stews, or for lifting poached eggs. With a hooked end to the handle, allowing for the skimmer to be hung from a rail or similar. Made in Romania, this enamelled steel skimmer has a characterful hand-painted green handle. The skimmer measures 10cm diameter and 36cm in length. Please note that due to the hand-painted nature of this enamelware variations and small imperfections may be present in the enamel coating. Dishwasher safe, although the enamel may dull slightly.
