Japanese 'foolscap' Notebook B6
Note or exercise books printed, stitch bound, and trimmed at a small workshop in Tokyo. Each consists of 30 pages of fine watermarked paper of a type commonly called foolscap in Japan - most likely as a result of the misappropriation of the British paper size to a paper type. The grey rule lines are produced in small batches using line gauge machine and water based ink a method which helps eliminate the repellent spots typical of more commonly used offset print and solvent inks. B6 measures approximately 125mm x 176mm.
