A 0.6 litre stoneware oil or vinegar drizzling bottle with a clear ‘naturel’ glaze. Hand made in the northern Loire valley by Poterie Digoin, founded in 1875 in an area rich in clay and silt mineral deposits, but as importantly at a major junction in the French canal network, whose distribution allowed the nascent pottery to quickly establish itself at the heart of the French kitchen. Supplied with a lidded stainless steel and natural cork pouring cap.
