£32.00
An elegant but sturdy footed table bowl, with distinctive ridge close to the base, hand thrown for us in Oxfordshire, and fired in Oxford's Anagama wood-fired kiln. Suitable for cereal, soup or stews, its deep shape meaning food stays warm a little longer. With a stoneware / porcelain mix body and an ash glaze, which varies from blue to green. Wheel-thrown by Joseph Bull, a studio potter based in Oxfordshire, who trained with Knighton Mill Pottery and the Leach Pottery in St Ives, before establishing his own studio in Wootton, Oxfordshire. Approximately 17cm diameter, 11cm tall.
