Finnish Merino Wool Scarf, Black/Beige
£97.50

A fine patterned merino scarf woven in Lapua, Finland, at the workshops of Lapuan Kankurit, run by a fourth generation weaving family and a mill initially set up by husband and wife Juha and Liisa Hjelt, but now run by their son Esko and his wife Jaana. Whilst the raw merino wool comes from South America, all the yarn is spun and dyed in Europe, with the warping, wefting, weaving, and finishing taking place in Lapua itself. The wool comes from mulesing free production and is processed to meet ÖKO-TEX certification standards. Beige/black. 60cm by 220cm plus fringes. One supplied.
