The coffee beans are ground gently — as a result, all aroma and nutrients remain included. The degree of grinding can be adjusted using the knurled screw below the crank. By turning in a clockwise direction you get a coarser grinding grain, by turning counter clockwise a finer grain.There is a 25-Year warranty on the grinder. Made from natural varnished beech wood.
