An enamelled steel kettle of approximately 2.5 litres capacity, with a maximum diameter of about 18cm. Great for brewing a generous amount of tea. Firing in a traditional kiln results in slight variations of temperature and therefore colour and nature of finish. All our Ukrainian enamelware is triple coated onto a heavy steel base, is dishwasher safe, does not taint food with novel chemicals or flavours, and is suitable for use on all standard (including induction) hobs — care should be taken with thermal shock however as this can damage the enamel coating, pouring cold water into very hot kettles, or conversely putting very cold kettles on to very hot hot plates is not recommended.
