This 11 inch chef's pan has deep sides, with a gently curved profile and a broad cooking area across the base, giving it a versatility that lends itself to everything from the perfect omelette, to sautéed vegetables, perfectly seared steak, crispy skinned fish fillets and super sauces. Suitable for high temperature frying & browning. Seasoned with Sussex flax oil for a hardwearing, repairable, and naturally very low stick finish — which like all traditional iron and steel pans will improve rather than degrade with use and age. Suitable for use on all hobs — heat up slowly to prevent warping.
