Simple cutting or serving boards made of untreated birch by Iris Hantverk of Sweden, who since the nineteenth century have provided fair employment for the visually impaired in their craft workshops in Sweden and latterly Estonia. Recommended to be oiled before use (and regularly after that) to improve durability, water resistance, and help prevent cracking. Best rinsed and dried after washing. A longer rectangular board of 44.5cm by 20.5cm by 1.8cm.
