Formed of bent, twisted, and hardened stainless steel sheet and possessed of an ingenious simplicity the scissors are held by a sprung pivot which allows them to be easily disassembled by opening slightly beyond ninety degrees, making for easy cleaning, and should it be necessary sharpening too.
