Created in 1956, this sturdy and sharp vegetable  peeler works well for those who prefer to hold their peelers at 90° to the object peeled. Constructed with the elegant simplicity of bent flattened chromed steel wire fitted with a distinctive sharks fin eye remover to its back, and a swivelling stainless steel blade to the front. The blade turns easily to follow the form of the vegetable being peeled. Still made in Elspe, Northern Westfalia. A little over 15.5cm in length.
