Circular baking pot
A family sized terracotta baking pot or casserole with a glazed interior - for easier cleaning - and unglazed exterior and lid. Since 1967 the much Römertopf ceramic have been producing these unglazed terracotta cooking bricks based upon an ancient German method. Food is essentially steamed in its own juices, allowing it to fully develop flavour with a minimal use of oils. The result is both delicious, tender, and healthy. Diameter about 31cm and 20cm to the top of the lid.
