A pair of linen liners stitched and shaped to fit our Round Banneton with Riser, with elasticated sides to ensure a snug fit. Fit to your banneton and flour well, before lowering your dough into place and allowing to prove. These liners can also be used to cover the finish loaf to keep it fresh, or softenthe crust whilst cooling. Can be machine washed. Please note that bannetons are sold separately.
