Stoneware incense dish, dark olive
A dark olive, almost black shallow dish for burning Paper d'Arménie, Knox cones, Hibi matches, or even holding our beeswax stumpy candles. Hand-thrown in Frome, Somerset, by Emma Chapman – a studio potter who has been making wheel-thrown stoneware for over two decades. Using buff stoneware clay mined in Staffordshire, these incense dishes are available in two glazes – dark olive or grey. About 8.5cm to 9cm in diameter and 12mm to 15mm high. One supplied, candle shown for illustrative purposes only.
