Japanese Candle Snuffer, Duck Form

A simple metal candle snuffer, made from brushed metal. When using Japanese candles, you may wish to occasionally cut the black burnt part of the wick down to adjust the size of the flame.  This duck snuffer is specifically designed for this purpose — simply clamp the two parts of the bird's beak together over the tip of the wick to alter the flame's intensity. Use with our Tohaku, Nanao or Rice Wax Candles.
