It seems curious that for a gardening obsessed nation so few garden tools are still made in the UK. That so many long established British brands have outsourced almost all production to the far east (an affliction less common elsewhere) surely reflects ill upon the nature of our corporate ownership. This though is one of the few, still made in Sheffield at the new Eye Witness Works, almost like a small billhook and sharpened only towards the end on the inner side of the hook, it is used for pruning and tidying soft fruit canes and bushes. 45cm overall length.
