Half moon cobweb broom
£20.00
A moderately stiff cobweb broom especially suited to external use. Made of near black arenga fibre harvested from Indonesian sugar palms, which is springy, durable, and especially water resistant - it was traditionally used for cordage on ocean going vessels - set in a beech stock in the form of a quarter sphere. Ideal for the removal of cobwebs and other dirt from doors, window frames, gutters, and other exterior aspects, although also suitable for use in more rustic or industrial interior spaces. From a small family run workshop in the town of Versmold, Germany. About 25cm diameter. This broom head is supplied with a 140cm wooden handle with metal screw tip to fit to the head.
