A soft shoe polishing brush made from oiled beech and dark horsehair. Best used after the shoes have been allowed to absorb the (sparingly applied) polish for about 15 minutes to buff the leather back to a deep shine, before a final high polish with a fine soft cloth. Like many things, an approach of little and often will yield the best results. From a small family owned brush-works in Germany.
