A naturally bark tanned reindeer leather storage bag from Swedish Lapland and of a type traditionally used by the nomadic Sami people for the storage of coffee, salt, dry foodstuffs, tinder, or fire-lighting paraphernalia. The reindeer leather is very soft and yet durable, and being only approximately 1.2mm thick is also light, making it ideal as a container for outdoor use as it neither adds unnecessary weight, nor takes unnecessary space in a pack. The capacity is about 1 litre, the usable part of the pouch roughly 11cm x 9cm x 12cm.
