Genuine English made vitreous enamel cookware, triple fired in Birmingham kilns (Bingley, to be precise) on heavy gauge steel sheet pressed in Oldham. A satisfyingly heavy roasting pan, which gives a much more even heat distribution and a better cooked result. Measuring 33cm x 24cm, with 5cm deep sides, this roasting pan is both beautiful and functional, and great for oven-to-table serving. Dark indigo with a cream interior.
