Finnish warm woollen scarf, Dark Grey
£45.00
A 60% merino, 40% pure new wool scarf woven in Lapua, Finland, at the workshops of Lapuan Kankurit, run by a fourth generation weaving family. Woven in a beautiful textured weave, with warp and weft forming soft fringed edges in grey and white. A neat and compact scarf, which nonetheless offers typical Scandinavian protection from the cold. Whilst the raw merino wool comes from South America, all the yarn is spun and dyed in Europe, with the warping, wefting, weaving, and finishing taking place in Lapua itself. The wool comes from mulesing free production and is processed to meet ÖKO-TEX certification standards. 20cm by 160cm plus fringes.
