A rustic, beech wood edge grain butcher's block for daily kitchen use, with gently rounded edges and cut-away finger recesses to each end, for easy lifting (this board can be used on both sides). Laser etched to the bottom-right corner with the iconoc Pallarès emblem. This solid board will offer years of service, perfect for daily food preparation by the stove. To properly care for the butcher block after use, any foreign material should first be removed (hand wash or wipe), it can be disinfected with vinegar, and then allowed to dry well. Once dry, give it a nourishing treat of Camellia oil or treat with chopping board conditioner, to keep in tip-top condition. Measures 50 x 35 x 3.5cm.
