Slightly irregular hand formed in smooth white stoneware for Objects of Use by Katie Coston of Ilyria Pottery, less than a mile from our store in Oxford, this incense dish has a black slip glaze, overlaid with a white glaze, giving an almost volcanic finish, which is unique every time. The clay is mined in Staffordshire, and Katie mixes her own glazes in her Oxford workshop. Perfect for burning our Papier D’Armenie incense papers. About 7cm diameter.
