An elegantly shaped brunch knife from French maker Opinel, who have been making knives in the Savoie region of France since 1890. With a stainless steel blade and beech wood handle with stainless steel rivets, this knife is a great accompaniment to long brunches — perfect for spreading butter, spreads, pate and the like. The blade has a rounded section at the tip for spreading, and a serrated length for the slicing of deli items.
