Mutenka Sekken Kettle-Fired Japanese Baby Soap
£7.50

A handcrafted additive-free and unscented baby soap, made using the Kamayaki method which involves kettle-firing over three days and maturing for three months, before the soap is hand-cut and packaged. Made by Mutenka Sekken Honpo, who have been producing all-natural soaps in the Miki District, Hyōgo Prefecture since 1955. Recommended for very dry or sensitive skin, this is a very gentle soap suitable or babies and older people, or those with very sensitive skin. Kettle-firing is a highly skilled process, resulting in a condensed, hard soap which is long-lasting and creates a creamy foam with a fine texture. It is recommended to use a bathing brush or cloth to produce foam from the soap. Weighs approximately 140g, measures approximately W 5.2 x L 7.2 x H 3.6cm.
