Commonplace in professional kitchens, this durable kitchen essential is great for flipping delicate pancakes, eggs, and cookies without breaking or tearing, and for getting under stubborn foods with its gently angled, flexible edge, or to flip over meat and veg that is being seared, allowing a crust to be maintained. The solid shape of the blade means that juices won’t drain like they would with a spatula. Made by Lamson, America’s oldest surviving cutlery company, operating out of Massachusetts since 1837.
