A beautiful Japanese Denim pouch, with contrasting patterned borders, made with 100% cotton and a sturdy and durable weave. Useful as a pencil case, a general pouch, or a wash bag for makeup or shaving paraphernalia. Japanese denim is of particularly high quality, fabricated using natural indigo and traditional methods, resulting in a world-leading reputation. These useful pouches are from Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The name Kasuri is derived from the word kasureru, which roughly means ‘blurring’, describing the signature blurred effect of this fabric. Measures 24cm x 16cm x 1.5cm.
