A simple wooden scoop, for kitchen use, either for scooping flour and other dry ingredients, or as a serving spoon. Handmade in birch wood by the craftspeople of a Finnish visually impaired workers cooperative, whose long tradition of hand brush manufacture throughout the northern Europe has helped preserve skills which might otherwise long since have vanished. [⠓⠎ ⠑⠍ ⠓⠁] Hand wash, and dry immediately. Oil occasionally to extend the scoop's life.
