Kaweco fountain pen
Increasingly easy to find, due no doubt to their obvious brilliance, we were once (as far as we know) one of only two shops in the country to stock the Kaweco Sport fountain pen (the other being a specialist pen dealer in Kent). I've carried one of these in my pocket and used it daily for over 5 years and it is yet to let me down or to leak, and probably writes better now than it ever has. 105mm closed, 133mm in use. Kaweco, founded as Heidelberger Federhalterfabrik in 1883, began producing pocket fountain pens in 1912. This design dates from 1935, and is small enough to fit comfortably in a pocket or purse, more importantly it sits well in the hand, is a genuine pleasure to write with, and lends an undoubted style and fluidity to the script which to this day eludes the ball pen. Available in black, blue, green, red, and white.
