A brick-red glazed terracotta baking or serving dish, perfect for slow cooking a casserole or baked dessert, or for serving salads. Hand-made by Ceràmiques Graupera in the Montseny Valleys in Spain, a maker who specialises in high quality, 100% natural products which are easily identifiable due to their vibrant clay. This dish is suitable for direct heat and can be used in ovens, on gas and electric hobs, AGAs and barbecues, and is also dishwasher safe. Heat slowly and avoid rapid changes in temperature to prevent cracking. Please note that this is a rustic item, and imperfections in the glaze are common / to be expected, due to the hand-applied nature of the glaze. Measures approximately 25cm in diameter and 6cm deep.
