Hori Hori, Snow Beech, with Undyed Leather Sheath
£58.50

A stainless steel, walnut handled multifunctional gardening knife from Tsubame-Sanjo in Niigata Prefecture, north central Japan. Hori-hori means 'dig-dig' — these strong digging knives are used for weeding, planting, and historically for the careful extraction of prized bonsai specimens in the mountains. These knives cope with the toughest stony soils, and the sharpened / serrated edges can be used to cut or saw through roots and stems, for rough pruning, harvesting, or cutting back between seasons. Measures 30cm by 4.5cm by 2cm, with a blade of 17cm. Supplied with a natural leather case, hand-crafted in a workshop local to the maker of the Hori Hori.

Orders including any bladed items will incur an additional £3.25 courier age verification charge and legally require delivery to persons aged 18 and over.
