Classic straight blade manual hedge shears with forged carbon steel 30cm blades, beechwood handles, and an adjustable pivot for tightening or disassembly for easier sharpening. Hand produced in Catalonia at the workshops of Cuchillería Pallarès the one surviving knife and tool maker in a town once dotted with small manufacturers. Founded in 1917 by brothers Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal they are now a third generation family company with a workforce of 15 whose owners and management still split their time between administrative necessity and manual craft production.
